If I may offer a few suggestions on how you could improve this picture?
Anthro dragons have a rather friendly to draw anatomy because it's very similar to a person's. If you look at the shape of a person's back, it sticks out a bit at the shoulder blades, then it comes back in for the mid-section and then it widens out again at the hips. You've kept the width the same most of the way down. If you made the mid section curve in just a little bit on your drawing I think it would look a bit more natural.
The other thing I noticed was that you've put the lines that define the muscles in about the middle of the arms. Because the muscle is like a thing that sits on top of the arm, if you moved these lines closer to the edge of the arm they'd look more realistic. Keep them nice and light though, because they're not hard outlines but rather the edge of a smooth curve. If it helps to have a reference, have a look around for a picture of The Incredible Hulk (or any other superhero character), the guys who draw them really know what they're doing with drawing muscles.
Last thing, when you submit a drawing, take care to make sure you can see most of it on the screen in full view. This picture is 1700x2338 which doesn't fit on the screen. Don't worry, it's a pretty common mistake (that I've been told off for in the past XD) , just make sure you resize your image in the future.
Okay I'm done.
I hope that was of some assistance to you (or at least, i hope it made some form of sense), and I'm sorry if i was being too critical. Keep at it and if you want me to clarify any of that just let me know, I'll do my best to help.

Brought to you by the Idiot Inquisition "What can we say, we just fucking hate them"
DA says this would-be critic isn't rich enough to be allowed to write proper critique... but I do it anyway.
I'll have to agree with Lynx on how his back is shaped; next time curve it in a bit more. Other than that, I think it's great. Nice job on the wings, btw^^.

Oh from the wicked, carry us away
Captivity required from us a song
Oh how can we sing King Alpha's song
In a strange land...
